and inclusions in our products to make the very best

Take a close look at some of the product wraps on some
of the competition’s novelty products and you see the
term “Frozen Dairy Dessert”. What this means is that the
item is not made of REAL ice cream. But let’s examine
why it is not real.

The FDA has set forth guidelines as to what constitutes
the definitiion of ice cream. When these guidelines are
not met via filler products and extra air, a company cannot call its product ice cream.

The same applies to half gallons and pints. More and
more one sees “Light Ice Cream”, or “Low Fat” ice
cream. While technically these items are ice cream,
one taste will tell the story. Your customers will
notice too.

So don’t be fooled. Sell the best. Sell “Real” ice cream.
