ingredients

crust*

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (finely ground)

1/3 cup granulated sugar

3

6 tbsp melted butter
*You may use a pre-baked flour or pre-made graham cracker crust if you wish

Caramel Banana Filling

1

1/4 cup caramel sauce

2

1 tbsp caramel sauce (for topping)

3

1 cup milk

4

2 packages (3.4oz each) instant banana cream pudding mix

5

2 pints of Hershey's® Vanilla or Banana Pudding ice cream

6

1 3/4 cup whipped topping

7

1 chopped English toffee candy bar (1.4oz)

8

2 sliced bananas (optional, for topping)

Directions
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined
  2. Pack graham cracker mixture into the pie pan so that it covers the bottom and sides of a 9" pan
  3. Spread 1/4 cup caramel sauce onto the bottom of the crust
  4. In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low for 2 minutes
  5. Mix in ice cream
  6. Spread mix on graham cracker crust
  7. Spread whipped topping on top of the ice cream
  8. Drizzle remaining 1 tbsp caramel sauce on top
  9. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving
  10. Garnish with sliced bananas (optional)
