Caramel Banana Pie

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (finely ground)

1/3 cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp melted butter
*You may use a pre-baked flour or pre-made graham cracker crust if you wish
Caramel Banana Filling

1/4 cup caramel sauce
2
1 tbsp caramel sauce (for topping)
3
1 cup milk
4
2 packages (3.4oz each) instant banana cream pudding mix
5
2 pints of Hershey's® Vanilla or Banana Pudding ice cream

1 3/4 cup whipped topping
7
1 chopped English toffee candy bar (1.4oz)
8
2 sliced bananas (optional, for topping)

Directions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined
- Pack graham cracker mixture into the pie pan so that it covers the bottom and sides of a 9" pan
- Spread 1/4 cup caramel sauce onto the bottom of the crust
- In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low for 2 minutes
- Mix in ice cream
- Spread mix on graham cracker crust
- Spread whipped topping on top of the ice cream
- Drizzle remaining 1 tbsp caramel sauce on top
- Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving
- Garnish with sliced bananas (optional)
